  • CAN I USE MY INSURANCE TO PAY FOR TREATMENTS?

    In order to secure your appointment we will ask you to prepay for the treatment in full using our ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM . After your treatment is completed we will email you an official receipt with your therapist’s name, registration number and signature, that can be used to submit a claim with your insurance company if your plan is eligible. We recommend that you ask your insurance company about the coverage limits per year and if you are required to provide a Doctor’s referral note with your claim.

  • DO I HAVE TO FILL OUT ALL THE FORMS?

    In order to provide the best treatment for you we are required by law to ask your personal information relevant to your health. This health history form and information portion will be sent to you in the confirmation email that you will receive shortly after booking with us. This information has to be reviewed for changes and updated accordingly once a year and is kept safe together with your payment information in our online booking system.   • DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE PARKING FOR MY THERAPIST?

    You will be asked for parking details while completing the online forms, together with entry details such as buzzer code, passing through the front desk security and more details so your therapist can easily reach you. Please include information about your home settings such as multiple stairs or front/back/side doors, etc. In the event that you are not able to provide free parking for your therapist you will NOT be charged for any parking fees.

  • WHAT CLOTHING SHOULD I WEAR?

    We recommend that you wear only underpants during treatment so that your therapist can fully access your back and neck muscles, however we ask you to undress to your level of comfort. She will be able to work around any undergarment and be able to provide an effective and comfortable treatment. Please remember that you will always be fully covered by the linens except for the body part that is being treated at that moment.
